The service

ImageCompressly provides a free browser-based tool for compressing static JPG, PNG, and WebP images. The service may be changed, suspended, or discontinued, and specific browser results can vary by device, image, and selected settings.

Your images and permissions

You keep all rights you have in your images. ImageCompressly does not receive or claim ownership of files processed locally in your browser. You are responsible for ensuring that you have the necessary rights and permissions to use and compress each image.

Acceptable use

• Do not use the service to violate laws or another person's rights.
• Do not attempt to disrupt, overload, reverse engineer, or abuse the website.
• Do not misrepresent ImageCompressly or use the brand in a misleading way.

Output and backups

Compression is lossy for some formats and settings. Check important output before use, keep your original files, and do not rely on this service as a storage or backup system.

Availability and warranties

The service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. We do not promise uninterrupted availability, a particular reduction in file size, or suitability for every purpose.

Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, ImageCompressly is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the service. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded.
